About
Yoga was recommended to me by multiple hospital departments, and I discovered a passion that was truly transformative...leading to better health and less pain in middle-age than I had ever experienced before. This was coupled with a calmer mind and spirit. I had found my route home.
I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Sivananda, Yin, Yoga for Cancer and Yoga for Menopause, as well as chanting and meditation. Emphasis is on slow, supportive, intentional movement that meets women exactly where they are. My classes are rooted in the belief that movement should feel accessible, grounding and human, not performative or exclusionary.

I care deeply about creating safe spaces where every woman feels welcomed - every age, body size, and lived experience - inclusive of all health conditions. You don't need to change yourself to belong here - I warmly encourage you to show up as you are, move how you need, rest when is right, and nurture your soul. Together we can explore stillness, sensation, nervous system awareness and the quieter layers of practice that often get overlooked. At the heart of my work is an invitation to slow down, feel more and reconnect, cultivating your strength and your softness.
All my classes are trauma-informed and a safe, supportive and empowering environment for women.
